Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Full Time & Part Time Opportunities!
Description: Aggressive telephone sales reps wanted!
Only positive and motivated individuals need apply! The San Diego Union-Tribune has exciting full time and part time opportunities for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Recruitment Advertising team. The ideal candidates will be prospecting and selling new business accounts as well as providing top-notch customer service. Cannot be afraid to cold call accounts!
Qualifications:
·Must be aggressive and persuasive and have a positive, up-beat attitude!
·Must have at least two years telephone sales experience.
·Previous classified recruitment experience highly preferred but not required.
·Must have excellent cold calling and prospecting skills!
·Must have demonstrated ability to solicit/sell and service new business accounts by telephone.
·Must be goal-driven with a proven sales aptitude.
·Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
·Effective interpersonal and communications skills are essential.
·Must have computer experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
·Must be able to type 45 WPM, typing certificate required.
·Part time position is 17 hours per week; flexible availability preferred.
